Our Process
Step 1
In our consultation phase we meet with you free of charge and focus on your ideas and wish lists, we review the existing conditions and recommend the best way for us to work with you.
If you have a set of drawings provided by your architect, we will provide you with a bid including a projected schedule with a complete understand of what we are including and how we are going to complete the project. Skip to step 3
Step 2
When you decide to work with us, we will recommend an architect for you to work with directly and develop a project plan. We will work with the architect while measurements are taken and plans begins to take form. We will meet to review preliminary drawings and options and concept budgets. The final meeting is to finalize drawings and from this, a working estimate is generated and agreed upon.
Step 3
The estimate or bid is accepted and a contract method is agreed upon, we work with you on product selection and permitting takes place. A final schedule is developed and prior to starting, a pre-construction meeting is scheduled to discuss start of your project.
